2. Services Offered
Sarvico Infotech Pvt. Ltd. offers software development, website development, app development, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and related digital marketing services. The exact scope of work will be defined in individual contracts or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate project requirements.
- Approve work and provide timely feedback.
- Make payments as agreed in the proposal or contract.
- Ensure that any content, materials, or data shared with Sarvico Infotech do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees are payable as per the terms mentioned in the invoice or contract.
- Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Delayed payments may attract a late fee or service suspension until the dues are cleared.
5. Intellectual Property
- All custom software, designs, or digital assets created by Sarvico Infotech Pvt. Ltd. remain our property until full payment is made.
- Upon full payment, rights will be transferred to the client as agreed.
- Pre-existing tools or code libraries used during development will remain the intellectual property of Sarvico Infotech or respective third-party vendors.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the course of business and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Sarvico Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
- Losses resulting from delays or interruptions caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.
- Any data loss or breach resulting from client negligence or third-party integrations.
8. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or recommend third-party services or tools. We are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or data privacy practices of third-party tools or platforms.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice.
- In case of early termination by the client, all completed work must be paid for.
- Sarvico Infotech reserves the right to terminate service for breach of terms or misuse of the services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Updates to Terms
Sarvico Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
